ICLEI Europe unlock circularity investments for cities and regions
ICLEI Europe has announced two funding opportunities for cities and regions to enhance their circular potential which is critical to achieve sustainability.

ICLEI Europe is offering two funding opportunities for cities and regions to foster their circularity potential. Achieve circularity is essential to reach sustainability targets, and financial resources are not always so easy to find.
Local and regional governments and associations, utilities, waste management organisations, and private project developers in partnership with local authorities can apply before the end of June 2023.
The project development assistance will be provided thanks to two EU-funded projects: CircularInvest and DEFINITE-CCRI. The services include the optimisation of circular models, business plans and fundraising strategy development, and support with due diligence process.
