Building and construction industry in the UK needs to digitalise its processes. In fact, there has been an upsurge of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and an increasing adoption levels of Building Information Modelling (BIM), which is supported by the international ISO 19650 suite of standards.

BIM enables to improve processes from the design stage of a project in which design can come to life in a virtual environment, improving aesthetic. However, BIM is also allows to better manage information among project´s partners and better implement client´s requirements.
