Two LIFE Clean Energy Transition (CET) projects, RENOVERTY and EP-0, are fighting energy poverty affecting an estimated 40 million people in the EU during harsh winters. EP-0 focuses on enhancing energy efficiency in vulnerable districts across Italy, France, and the Netherlands, using an 'EnergieSprong' approach. Expected to permanently lift households out of energy poverty, these projects align with EU directives and contribute to the European Green Deal.
