The Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF) is offering funds to support high-performance green technologies in privately owned residential buildings. The initiative, backed by the EU, bilateral donors, and the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance, aims to assist homeowners in acquiring energy-saving equipment like insulation, windows, heat pumps, and solar panels. Beneficiaries can receive technical assistance and subsidies amounting to 20% of the loan value post-installation.

The project, part of the Regional Energy Efficiency Programme, addresses CO2 emissions from residential buildings, enhancing citizens' energy efficiency and contributing to a greener environment in Montenegro, as highlighted by the EBRD and NLB Bank.
