Our partners from IPN participated in the second edition of TECH@WEEKS on September 19 - 23 at the Business Center in the Industrial and Logistics Zone of Sines, Portugal. The second Tech@Week has a demonstration action on the agenda dedicated to the theme of "Emerging Innovations in Energy and Materials". This session has explored the main trends and challenges of the areas and featured the demonstration of more than a dozen innovative projects, providing a space for thematic conversations and demonstration of the activity of technological infrastructures.
Our partners from FRAUNHOFER ICT have presented the Powerksin+ project at the K-Messe Fair in Düsseldorf, Germany on the 19 - 26 of October. The world's most important trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry.
The ranges on show at K 2022 include the segments machinery and equipment, raw materials and auxiliaries as well as semi-finished products, technical components and reinforced plastic products. “K in Düsseldorf is not only the performance barometer for the industry and its global marketplace for innovations, but also provides orientation, sustainable economic impetus and forward-looking trends as well as concrete approaches to solutions,” says Erhard Wienkamp, Managing Director at Messe Düsseldorf.
K in Düsseldorf also always addresses the current challenges of our day and age and specifically of your industry. This is why such subjects as sustainability, resource savings, circular economy and digitalisation, which gathered momentum at K 2019, have been also featured among the “hot tickets” of the trade fair at both the exhibitors’ stands and side events. Worth a special mention here is the Special Show entitled “Plastics shape the future” as well as the Science Campus as a forum for science and research.

The Foam Expo Europe is the largest, free trade fair and conference for technical foam products and manufacturing on the continent. And, with the addition of its co-located sister brand, Adhesives & Bonding Expo Europe, it provides visitors with the perfect opportunity for collaboration across the entire supply chain.
