The district-level approach to energy transition proves most effective, enabling cost reductions and community engagement. Lighthouse districts exemplify integrated models, emphasising energy efficiency and resident involvement. Projects like drOp aim to transform neighborhoods into smart and inclusive spaces, fostering social change and economic opportunities.

ÖrebroBostäder in Sweden and Wir inHAUSer in Austria showcase innovative approaches to renovation with social impact.
