SmartSPIN aims to unleash the energy efficiency and flexibility potential in the commercial rented buildings by integrating the latest energy smart services and non-energy services along with advanced technologies in a novel business model. The new business approach is expected all stakeholders involved to profit from the cost, energy efficiency improvements and flexibility services in a more transparent way.

To better understand and measure stakeholder interest in the SmartSPIN business model, the project has recently put together a survey.

The feedback received will be used to develop a targeted exploitation strategy with key stakeholders that will benefit all parties involved. How? On the one hand, SmartSPIN aims to connect tenants and landlords with energy services companies to help them improve their working business model for their buildings. On the other hand, it helps energy services companies to expand their network, knowledge and get support with enhancing their portfolio services.
