Eric Parry Architects completed a major retrofit of 11 Belgrave Road for Quadrum Global, transforming the outdated 1950s building into a sustainable, net-zero, user-centred office. 

Retaining 35% of the original structure, the project improved environmental performance and functionality, meeting Pimlico conservation area standards. The retrofit reduced lifetime embodied carbon by 38% below RIBA 2030 targets. The addition of a steel and timber penthouse expanded the floor space by 31%, featuring garden terraces with panoramic views. 

The building now offers increased natural light, biophilic elements, and enhanced employee experience, exemplifying sustainable and operational excellence in modern office design.
