Energy retrofit of a apartment house in the center of the city, builded in the beginning of the 20th, carried out in 2 phases: EnerPHit-Step by Step. In Phase 1, 2 apartments were totally refurbished, both the thermal envelope and the active system of climate conditioning. The facades of the building are cataloged, so all the interventions have been carried out inside the envelope, respecting the classicist aesthetics of the original building.
