The simple and compact structure with a grey wooden façade is perfectly tailored to the needs of a family. You enter the house in the north. Straight ahead through the hallway you enter the heart of the ground floor, the large, open-plan cooking, dining and living area, which opens onto the garden via generous windows to the south and west. There is also space on the ground floor for a small bathroom, a pantry and an office. A platform staircase leads to the upper floor. There are 2 equally sized children's bedrooms to the south and the master bedroom to the north. The two bathrooms are oriented to the west.

The house has a full basement. There is space for technical equipment, storage rooms and a hobby room.
