Around 1100 new subsidised rental flats are being built in a total of 3 construction phases in the Innsbruck district of Reichenau. The residential compelx is characterised by an open meeting zone, called "Platz" in the inner courtyard, roof gardens as semi-public spaces.
The building has a local heat generator via heat pump and PV systems for electricity generation.
