Aligned with the European Green Deal renovation policy, the EU mandates sustainable retrofitting solutions for existing buildings, integrating seismic and energy enhancements. Further research is crucial for eco-friendly and expedited retrofitting methods. 

In this context, the MSCA-funded i-SeePanel project seeks to exceed current integrated retrofitting solutions by creating innovative externally bonded precast panels, adhering to life cycle thinking principles. Use of these panels is aimed at enhancing the seismic and energy performance of existing building envelopes.
