It examines a range of academic sources to explore topics like the definition of Construction 4.0 and its core technologies: Building Information Modelling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, 3D printing, UAVs, and artificial intelligence. 

The study assesses the current awareness and adoption of these technologies in developing countries, highlighting challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, skill shortages, and financial constraints.

Ultimately, the paper aims to guide future research, policymaking, and industry practices to enhance sustainable and advanced construction methods in these regions.
