Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) help reduce the EU’s building-related CO2 emissions. Success stories, from Hungary to Spain, showcase trust-building, tailored support, and financial solutions for sustainable renovations.

Ekokumppanit Oy (EcoFellows) is a Finnish company founded in 1999, mainly owned by the municipality of Tampere. It provides energy advice and supports energy efficiency through its Neuvoo.fi service, based on the IHRS approach.

Operating in the Tampere region, EcoFellows promotes renewable energy sources and helps citizens, municipalities, and industries with expert advice, tools, training, and contractor recommendations. Its work aligns with Tampere's carbon neutrality goal by 2030 and Finland's by 2035.

Funded by the Tampere municipality, a city-owned energy company, and EU projects, EcoFellows succeeds through strong municipal connections, expert networks, and strategic citizen engagement.
