Efficient Buildings Europe’s 2024 activity report highlights the adoption of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) and the publication of an EPBD Implementation Guide. 

The association rebranded to strengthen its mission. Key activities included policy leadership, organising forums, and publishing position papers. They engaged with MEPs and EU officials, contributing to the EPBD revision. 

The association also focused on Central and Eastern Europe through the EPBD.wise project. Events like 'Efficient Mornings' and EU Sustainable Energy Week were pivotal. Looking ahead, priorities include the European Affordable Housing Plan and the Multiannual Financial Framework.
