IsZEB Certify is a comprehensive software suite comprising three main modules: Energy Performance assessment and issuance of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Smartness Readiness assessment and issuance of Smartness Readiness Indicator (SRI) Certificates, and holistic evaluation and certification based on European and Greek standards  across various technical criteria. 

These include energy efficiency, smartness, thermal comfort, indoor air quality, building shell properties, sound insulation, structural fire protection, anti-seismic protection, and waste management. 

Key features include an intuitive design interface, integration with BIM, extensive databases for building shell and MEP systems, specialized forms for MEP system technical characteristics, autofill capabilities, and comprehensive technical reporting.
