Giulia Conforto is a Senior Researcher at e-think energy research, with deep expertise in developing international projects and partnerships for sustainable energy. Her research focuses on financing the decarbonisation of buildings, heating, and cooling, with a growing emphasis on geothermal energy. She delivers policy and economic assessments, capacity building and drafts and acquires new projects. Giulia graduated in International Relations and Diplomacy and in Energy Economics and is certified as a project manager and energy manager. Her previous experience includes the IFC-World Bank Group, the UN’s Sustainable Energy for All, utilities, and consultancies.
