EXPERT TALKS series is an initiative from the BUILD UP portal. At the end of 2023, BUILD UP had the pleasure of interviewing Hans Rhein, Head of Unit (Life Energy and Life Climate), European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), European Commission about the BUILD UP portal.

BUILD UP was fortunate to interview Paula Pinho, Director, DG ENER, European Commission, about the European Year of Skills. Of particular focus in the interview was the very important topic of upskilling professionals in the building sector.
