Lorenzo Pattelli

Biography
Lorenzo Pattelli is a researcher at the Istituto Nazionale di Ricerca Metrologica (INRiM) in Turin, Italy. He received his PhD in Atomic and Molecular Spectroscopy at the European Laboratory for NonLinear Spectroscopy (LENS) at the University of Florence. His main research interests include the design, characterization and modeling of scattering media, disordered photonics applications, and bio-inspired materials. He contributed to the development of open-source software tools for light propagation in large scattering systems, and is currently coordinating an European Metrology Partnership 21GRD03 PaRaMetriC on the standardization of passive radiative cooling materials.
