The AIVC (Air infiltration and Ventilation Centre) is the International Energy Agency’s information centre on energy efficient ventilation. As the AIVC was created in 1979, the 40th anniversary of the AIVC was celebrated in October 2019 at the 40th AIVC conference in Ghent.

Plus-Energy Buildings solutions discussed during EXCESS project visit to demo case

The EXCESS project aims to transform nearly-zero energy buildings into plus-energy buildings (PEBs). The partners met in the demo case in Hasselt to discuss and assess the installed technologies in the residential building, such as geothermal heat pumps, PVT panels and a small roof-top wind turbine.
