The NZBB#1 is the first of two buildings of the Urban Development NetZero Building Base in Suzhou-Taicang, located at the northern border of Shanghai.

The three-story concrete frame construction is China's first Passive House Premium certified office building. Project co-lead and NZBB General Manager Manuel Scherfer gives an introduction to the building features and the challenges of Passive House construction in a humid subtropical climate.
