Organised in collaboration between Tampere University (Finland), TU Delft (the Netherlands), KTH (Sweden), Brandenburg TU Cottbus-Senftenberg (Germany), TU Eindhoven (the Netherlands), Circular Structural Design (Germany), Green Building Council Croatia and the Horizon 2020 project ‘Reusing precast concrete for a circular economy’ (ReCreate), CiBEn 2025 aims at becoming a major point of contact between researchers and practitioners dealing with all aspects of a sustainable circular economy in the built environment.
