The INNOCONSTRUCT International Conference, at its second edition, is centered on defining the steps, the framework and the tools required to accelerate the digital transformation in the sector, as a continuation of the debate generated last year.

If the first day of the conference is dedicated to presenting actual data related to the digital maturity of the sector, strong case studies on BIM adoption in companies in different sub-sectors of the industry, smart technologies and solutions, trends in the sector, the second day is dedicated to debates in the format of round tables, on specific aspects of the digital transformation, ranging from developing digital skills, methods for BIM adoption, energy efficiency enhancement, to financial opportunities for companies that plan to become more digital.

Thus, the INNOCONSTRUCT conference comes with a very practical approach towards the subject and it brings together large and small companies from diverse sub-sectors in the construction industry and also technology companies, universities from various countries, representatives of the European Commission, government and local authorities, social partners relevant NGOs, construction clusters from different member states, and representatives from expert bodies and networks, in order to ensure that all stakeholders contribute to the dialogue.

TEC Cluster has been established in 2019 around a common goal to enhance the competitiveness of the construction sector through innovation and digital transformation. It is our main purpose to contribute to the greater European common objectives towards accelerated digitalization of the industry by 2030 and to increasing the level of innovation and integration of digital technologies in the construction sector, which is one of the less performant sector in the EU on these dimensions.

The conference does not split panels during the first day, therefore participants will be able to attend all sessions. Also, simultaneous translation will be provided for Romanian and English. On the second day of the conference, there will be two series of round tables which will run in parallel, therefore participants will be invited to choose which round table they wish to attend in each series.
