Franco-German Forum for the Future

In collaboration with local authorities and experts from France and Germany, the Franco-German Forum for the Future has identified concrete policy recommendations to support socially just renovations and affordable housing.

These measures, which can be found both in French and German, will be at the heart of the session. The local initiatives that inspired them will be presented by their project leaders. They will then be put into perspective in a discussion with key players in energy and housing policy at European level

Hosted by the European Committee of Regions, the event will have simultaneous interpretation in English, German and French.

This event is organised by the Franco-German Forum for the Future, established in 2019 under Article 22 of the Treaty of Aachen.
