This webinar is part of the capacity-building programme of their Greek pilot. It will also be open to any Greek-speaking stakeholder to scale up ePLANET activities at a national level.

Learning objectives:

• Understand the basic concept of an innovative financing scheme (e.g. energy performance contracting, citizen finance, green bonds, etc).

• Understand the innovative financing schemes that are relevant under the thematic areas of public
  buildings and energy efficiency including how these financing schemes can be accessed or established.

• Examine selected case studies on these sectors (focusing on small municipalities) and reflect on how barriers and challenges were overcome.
