Renpower seeks to empower and assist private homeowners to improve their home energy performance and comfort, by providing citizen-led one-stop shops (OSS) integrated home renovation services.

The project will achieve this by developing community-led replicable OSS models that streamline home energy renovations, and address energy poverty alleviation, to ensure a just energy transition for homeowners by fostering the exchange of knowledge of two citizen-led pioneering organisations in Spain and Ireland.

Renpower is funded by the LIFE Programme of the European Commission and is a compact three-party consortium coordinated by energy cooperative Goiener S.Coop, a citizen-led cooperative launching a new OSS service in the Basque Country and Navarre regions in Spain, partnered byEcovision, an Irish cooperative specializing in supporting homeowners and energy rehabilitation of their buildings and UIPI as representative of property owners.
