Editorial Team

In the Swiss Alps, the innovative White Tower project, initiated on February 1st, 2024, showcases cutting-edge 3D-printed architecture. Designed by Benjamin Dillenburger and Michael Hansmeyer, and developed by ETH Zurich, the tower utilises soft concrete. With steel reinforcement integrated during printing, the tower comprises both structural integrity and eco-friendliness, achieving reduced carbon emissions

Scheduled for completion in June 2024, the modular design facilitates disassembly for potential relocation after its initial five-year tenure in Mulegns. Rising 30 meters, the White Tower embodies computational design and material science, offering a unique venue for cultural events among breath-taking view of Swiss Alps.
