In the Netherlands, the Aardehuizen project has implemented smart control algorithms for energy optimisation and is now in a validation phase to refine its technical and social aspects. 

In Poland, SERENE is enhancing energy storage and management in Przywidz with Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries and an all-in-one Energy Storage System.
