The STARDUST project has published a new info sheet "Feasibility Study for a Neighbourhood Energy Management System in Trento" exploring the potential of harnessing waste heat from industrial and tertiary sector activities in Trento's Madonna Bianca districts. The feasibility study maps and quantifies this waste heat, evaluating its potential integration into the low-temperature water loop.

There is almost 10GWh/year of potential waste thermal energy to be recovered around Madonna Bianca Towers, three residential buildings, colloquially known as the "Towers," central to the STARDUST project.
