This study has been commissioned by Renovate Europe Campaign to E3G, an independent climate change think tank accelerating the transition to a sustainable world. It explores the measures undertaken in buildings throughout Member States after the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), highlighting targets and milestones that have been met, and what type of financial support has been provided to Member States until September 2022.

Indeed, there has been a steady progress on buildings-related measures thanks to national reforms and taylored financing programmes.
