The CINDERELA Project has developed the CinderOSS tool which is a One-Stop-Shop service representing a digital business environment and supporting new business models for a sustainable urban construction. The tool is currently an open beta version.
Athens has developed a ‘Façade’ (Πρόσοψη) programme to renovate the facades of the buildings. The main difference of this programme compared to others in the EU is that the city is offering homeowners 100% of the funds required to do the work – to a maximum of 6,000 euros per building and even more for protected buildings.

The FRISSBE project will implement new practices at ZAG by attracting and maintaining high quality personnel under the direction of the ERA Chair holder. The project will lead to lasting, sustainable structural changes to achieve excellence at ZAG and spread excellence in the region. Changes will be tested in a new autonomous unit, the FRISSBE ERA Chair, and will be transferable to ZAG as a whole.

The Energiesprong whole house retrofit model has been applied across six UK social housing schemes to improve their energy performance. The Energiesprong approach aims to fully insulate homes using offsite manufactured wall and roof panels.
