The event, titled 'Boosting condominium renovations: European examples and the Croatian market', is part of the EU-funded LIFE CondoReno project, which promotes the development and implementation of integrated home renovation services (IHRS) across Europe.
The workshop will bring together national and European experts, government officials, building managers, researchers, and property stakeholders to explore the renovation landscape in Croatia. Participants will engage in practical discussions on improving renovation rates, overcoming barriers, and leveraging EU frameworks and funding mechanisms to support co-owned residential buildings.
