The event 'Energy renovation for affordable housing in Europe, supporting and learning from local initiatives' will take place on March 26, 2025, in Brussels, addressing energy-efficient building renovations as a solution to the housing crisis. 

Organised by the Franco-German Forum for the Future, it will feature local initiatives from France and Germany, offering concrete policy recommendations for socially just renovations. Key players in energy and housing policy will discuss these measures. 

The event includes simultaneous interpretation and is hosted by the European Committee of the Regions.
