The project involves designing and constructing a 149.74 sq.m. off-grid passive house on Aegina Island, Greece, with a light-gauge steel structure for fast construction

The house is energy-efficient, featuring photovoltaic panels, and a wind turbine, eliminating the need for local grid connection

It includes a main room, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. Certified as Passive House Premium by The Hellenic Passive House Institute, the house boasts high energy efficiency with low heating and cooling demands.

It uses advanced materials for insulation, glazing, and ventilation, generating more renewable energy than it consumes.
