LEGO has begun construction on a 50,000m² Innovation Campus in Billund, Denmark, set to open in 2027. Co-designed with employee input using LEGO bricks, the campus will centralise all development processes—from physical product design to digital experiences—and unite 1,700 employees, including over 600 designers.

The eco-friendly, FSC-certified timber building will feature six overlapping modules with play zones, green spaces, and ample natural light. Designed to LEED Platinum standards, the campus aligns with LEGO's net-zero emissions goals

CEO Niels Christiansen and CMO Julia Goldin emphasised its commitment to creativity, sustainability, and collaboration in an inspiring, modular workspace.
