Arup collaborated with Henderson Land Development to create a future-ready building, The Henderson, located in Hong Kong, which integrates digital and sustainability initiatives. 

The building has earned multiple prestigious certifications, including Platinum Pre-certifications in WELL and LEED, and WiredScore and SmartScore Platinum certifications. 

Key features include a smart mobile app and an industry-first ESG partnership programme, enabling tenants to monitor and reduce carbon emissions. 

The app offers user control over systems like air conditioning, and the Integrated Tenant Experience Analytic Platform (ITEAP) enhances tenant engagement with AI-driven energy optimisation and analytics. IoT sensors monitor air quality and climate, prioritising tenant wellbeing.
