Singapore's Pan Pacific Orchard has been awarded the title of '2024 Best Tall Building Worldwide' by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) for its innovative high-density urban design, which integrates nature, community and sustainability. Celebrated at the CTBUH conference, the building exemplifies advanced sustainable urbanism, addressing urban challenges like climate change and housing equity.

Featuring terraced sky gardens with unique themes, the project enhances the Orchard district's skyline while promoting environmental sustainability through energy-efficient designs and green spaces. 

With a Green Mark Platinum rating, it implements solar power, rainwater harvesting, and waste reduction strategies. This recognition places Pan Pacific Orchard among the leading sustainable architecture worldwide, setting benchmarks for future urban developments.
