The project aimed to implement the national skills roadmap developped under the previous Pilar 1 project, through the development of training and qualification schemes for onsite workers and craftspeople.
The SKEMA project upgrades installer qualifications to EQF levels 4–5 through new training profiles, an Observatory Lab, and a One-Stop Shop for trainers, ensuring the workforce is prepared for advanced green and smart building technologies in line with the EPBD.
