EXPERT TALKS is a new initiative from BUILD UP. In the form of face-to-face interviews, experts coming from all around Europe and covering the field of Energy Efficiency in buildings from different perspectives will share their views, experience and expertise with BUILD UP audience. The interview addresses relevant topics linked to the Topic of the Month.

Limiting global mean temperature rise to 1.5ºC is becoming increasingly challenging, as regions worldwide are experiencing more frequent, intense, and longer heat events. To address this urgent issue and prepare for a hotter world, climate adaptation interventions are necessary on a global scale.

On Tuesday 20th June, BUILD UP welcomed authors from a recently released book “Occupant-Centric Simulation-Aided Building Design” in a book launch/webinar event.

BUILD UP was present in Sustainable Places 2023, that took place in Madrid (Spain) from 14 to 16 June.

On Wednesday June 7th, BUILD UP was pleased to present the webinar "The clean energy transition for buildings: Professional associations enhancing renovation skills”.

On Thursday 1st June BUILD UP brought its audience the webinar "LIFE Clean Energy Transition: Smart Ready” in collaboration with the Institute for European Energy and Climate Policy (IEECP) and the EASY SRI, SRI2MARKET, Smart^2, and SRI-ENACT projects.

On Thursday May 25th, BUILD UP hosted the webinar "Digital Tools for Workflow Management", the 3rd in the ongoing COGITO project webinar series called “Practical Tools for the Construction Sector in Digital Twin”. The aim of the series is to present COGITO Digital Construction 4.0 tool-box and gather important feedback from the audience.
